Motor finance commission complaints
We have ceased vehicle sales and are winding down operations in an orderly manner. If your complaint relates to commission on a motor finance agreement arranged through us, you should normally contact the lender first.
The lender is usually the firm responsible for considering motor finance commission complaints and, where the FCA redress scheme applies, for administering any redress determination and payment.
This page is designed to help you identify the lender, contact them directly, and understand when it may still be appropriate to contact us. Our enquiry form appears at the end of the page and should be used only where you cannot identify the lender, cannot locate the agreement, or need help routing correspondence.
Identify your lender
Check your agreement documents, bank or card statements, vehicle finance paperwork, and any old emails or letters. The lender named on the finance agreement is usually the right place to start.
Contact the lender directly
Use the lender email address or complaint page below. Include your name, vehicle registration, agreement number if known, approximate purchase date, and current contact details.
Contact us if you need help
If you still cannot identify the lender, cannot find your agreement details, or need help sending information to the right place, you can use the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Lender contact details
We have included lender contact details below to help you get in touch with the right firm as quickly as possible. Where available, this includes both an email address and a complaints page.
Before contacting us
If you can identify your lender, please contact them first. If you cannot find the lender or need help locating your agreement details, we can still help you.
